Resolved - As of 11:50 AM CT we’ve confirmed full resolution of the issue blocking PDF exports from Built reporting, beginning at roughly 7 AM today. Users can view and re-run any reports that were scheduled during the outage should they need access to the accompanying PDF files.

Identified - We have identified that the intermittent issues across all Built products beginning at roughly 8 PM CT on 12/9 are the result of an ongoing AWS service disruption.
