Resolved - As of 2:37 PM CT we’ve confirmed full resolution of the incident that had blocked SSO users from logging into CLA beginning at roughly 1:40 PM CT.

Monitoring - At approximately 2:10 PM CT we implemented a fix for the incident that had blocked SSO users from logging into CLA beginning at roughly 1:40 PM CT. We are closely monitoring the situation to ensure the issue is fully resolved.

Identified - We have identified the cause of the incident blocking SSO accounts from accessing CLA. We are working on a solution that will restore full functionality, which we estimate will take effect at roughly 2:15 PM CT.
