Resolved - As of 11:20 AM CT on 6/12 we’ve confirmed full resolution of the partner licensing error that caused issues loading Insights. Service has been fully restored, and we are re-running any scheduled reports that may have been impacted by the outage. No action is required by our customers.

Update - The incident causing issues loading our Insights feature is due to a partner's licensing error. We are working with them on a solution that will restore full functionality. In the interim, please utilize our Reporting feature as a workaround.
