At approximately 11 AM CT we implemented a fix for the incident that blocked users from receiving SMS codes while logging in via MFA, which was identified at 10:15 AM CT on 10/9. We've since confirmed that users are able to log in without issue.

Identified

We have identified the cause of the incident blocking users from receiving SMS codes while logging in via MFA, which was identified at 10:15 AM CT on 10/9. Users can call the Built Support team at 800-655-8138 for help transitioning MFA from SMS codes to an authenticator app in order to log in.

We will provide updates as we have them, and we appreciate your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
