As of 1:05 PM CT on 10/25 Verizon wireless has confirmed resolution of the issue causing delayed MFA text messages, blocking some Built users from logging into their accounts.

An issue with one of Built's vendors, Amazon Web Services, is blocking some Built users from receiving the valid MFA code text messages required to log into their accounts. This issue has been occurring intermittently since 12 PM CDT 10/25. Amazon is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
